Swarovski Hellas: HR Award from KPMG during the 19th Human Resources Symposium

Swarovski Hellas received the Silver Award on Change Management for its Sales Cycles’ initiative offered almost 1 and ½ years now at its SR staff as well as the parallel coaching sessions to its BMs.

The team also presented the Sales Cycles towards the Busman tribe’s way of resolving conflicts in South Africa as per William Ury’s research 25 years ago (he is the author of the book ‘Getting to Yes’ and one of the theorists behind Principled Negotiation).

 

The award was dedicated by Miss Avghi Apostolatou to Miss Evelina Kokkini, who was inspired of this a bit after Swarovski Hellas had announced her change in her work schedule to part timer back in 2013 during the restructuring.
